Next, optimize your Microsoft 365 environment for search to enhance Copilot’s capabilities. This involves updating channels and apps to the latest versions. Ensure all Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams are updated to the latest versions. Copilot will be available in both desktop and web versions of these apps once a license is assigned.
