About the Role

At Klippa, we believe that outbound sales is an art—and we need someone who not only excels at it but also enjoys doing it together with the team. As Lead Outbound Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities while mentoring and coaching your team of Junior Sales people. You will start with a team of 3, but we expect to grow this team driven by your success to initially 5 and later 7. 

You’ll be actively involved in outbound sales efforts—picking up the phone, sending outreach emails, and engaging with potential clients via LinkedIn. But you won’t just be selling; you’ll help form the outbound strategy and are leading by example, ensuring that our team grows in skill and confidence.
Your responsibilities:

– Developing and executing outbound sales strategies together with the team. 
– Actively engaging in outbound sales activities to generate new business. 
– Managing, coaching, and training a team of outbound sales professionals, ensuring they hit their targets. 
– Leading and shaping our new traineeship program, guiding the next wave of sales talent. 
– Identifying new market opportunities and working closely with marketing and other departments to optimize outreach efforts.

Who are we looking for?

You are an enthusiastic and hands-on leader who gets energy from both making deals and helping others succeed. You don’t just sit back and manage—you love jumping into the action yourself and leading from the front. You see opportunities everywhere and know how to turn a cold lead into a warm relationship.
Furthermore you:

Have at least 2 years of experience in leading, training, and coaching a sales team. 
Love outbound sales and business acquisition—and have proven experience in it. 
Are very strong on the phone and know your way around software tools. 
Enjoy working closely with a team and leading by example.
Have experience with international sales (a plus). 
Speak English fluently and also Dutch, French, or German.

What you can expect: 

A full time 40 hour position as Outbound Sales Lead.
Competitive salary with OTE earnings between €60.000 and €90.000 per year
Fixed salary ranging between €3000 and €5000 per month, depending on experience.
A performance-based bonus structure that rewards success—the better the deals, the higher your earnings!
25 vacation days per year (based on a full-time contract) plus 8% holiday allowance.
A company laptop and a hybrid (flexible) work environment.
The opportunity to work from our Groningen or Amsterdam offices.
