Enterprise Account Executive for French Markets (French Speaking)

Founded in 2015 and active in 35 countries worldwide, Klippa is a fast-growing IT scale-up specializing in automated document processing. We developed our own IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) technology, allowing us to scan and process any type of document automatically. 

Our mission is to relieve people from tedious administrative tasks, prevent errors and fraud, reduce costs, and enable organizations to focus on their core business. With a team of about 70 specialists, we are looking for sales talent to expand our customer base within international markets.

Position overview:
As an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on Financial Services, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within banks, insurance companies, investment firms, and other financial institutions. 

You will leverage your industry knowledge, technical acumen, and sales expertise to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented, and relationship-driven professional who excels in a consultative sales environment. 
Key responsibilities: 
– Identify and target key financial services organizations with high document processing needs. 
– Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand Klippa’s footprint within the Financial Services sector. 
– Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored intelligent document processing solutions. 
– Present compelling business cases to senior executives and decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition of Klippa’s solutions. 
– Manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing. 
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations. 
– Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to effectively position Klippa’s offerings. 
– Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer experience. 
– Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Head of Sales.

Who we’re looking for?
A driven and energetic Enterprise Sales person who thrives on freedom and responsibility. You are customer-oriented, service-oriented, and see targets as challenges to overcome. You enjoy working with targets, are disciplined, and love the challenge of finding and closing enterprise deals. You are self-critical, always seeking ways to improve.

Requirements: 
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling enterprise solutions to financial institutions.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in the financial services sector.
– Deep understanding of financial services processes, regulations, and document processing challenges.
– Expertise in consultative selling, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of intelligent document processing solutions.
– Strong network within the financial services sector and the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with key decision-makers. 
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. 
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to the dynamic nature of the financial services industry. 
– Fluent in French and English, Dutch is an advantage.

What we offer:
– A full-time (40 hours/week) position as an Enterprise Account Executive.
– OTE salary based on achieving targets between € 100.000 and € 200.000 per year.
– An uncapped sales bonus, with the potential to earn a monthly bonus of 100% of your base salary if you meet targets. Overachievement has no limit!
– 25 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance.

– Work in our Groningen or Amsterdam office, or remote with weekly visits to our office.
