Implementation Specialist

Klippa is a young, ambitious software scale-up. From our headquarters in Groningen and business office in Amsterdam, we work with about 60 specialists to build and sell technologically advanced software solutions. Our playing field is a fast-growing market worldwide and our team international. For one of our two core products; Klippa SpendControl, we are looking for an Implementation Specialist. 

For our SpendControl team we are looking for an inquisitive Implementation Specialist. As an Implementation Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our SpendControl customers. You will be responsible for the onboarding process of new SpendControl customers; from the first kick-off call with the customer to setting up the software and handling aftercare. You will work closely with the Product Owner and commercial team with the goal of getting customers working independently with the product as quickly as possible. 

During the onboarding of new customers, we ensure that the SpendControl software is set up optimally. For one customer this is a standard setup. For another customer, this is a custom setup, where a thorough analysis of the customer’s current financial process needs to be translated into a suitable functional setup. In the beginning you do this together with an experienced product specialist and later independently. Via Zoom, or occasionally on location, we train the customer and employees so that they understand how we have set up the software and how they should manage it.
