At Klippa, we are looking for a motivated Junior Sales / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us accelerate our growth by qualifying inbound leads and proactively generating new business opportunities.

About the Role
At Klippa, we believe that execution is key to success. As a Junior Sales/SDR, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers.
Your focus will be twofold:
1. Qualifying inbound leads – ensuring potential clients are the right fit for our solutions before passing them on to the Account Executives and Channel Partners.
2. Generating new leads – proactively reaching out to target companies, identifying key decision-makers, and setting up meetings to create new business opportunities.If you love connecting with people, have a strong drive to achieve sales targets, and want to be part of a fast-growing scale-up, this role is perfect for you!

Your responsibilities:
• Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and online interactions to assess their fit for our solutions.
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients (outbound) over the Phone and next to that use LinkedIn, email and events.
• Understand client needs and match them with Klippa’s solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, ensuring smooth handovers of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (Pipedrive).
• Continuously improve outreach strategies and contribute to the overall sales approach.
Who are you?
You are proactive, results-driven, and eager to grow your career in sales. You love engaging with potential customers, creating new business opportunities, and working in a dynamic environment.
You also have:
• A passion for sales and technology, with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with a persuasive and engaging approach.

• Self-motivation to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-player mindset, able to collaborate while also working independently.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (a plus, but not required – attitude and motivation matter most!).

• A full-time (40 hours/week) position as a Junior Sales
• A fixed salary between € 2.450 and € 3.700 per month
• An uncapped sales bonus. Overachievement has no limit!
• 25 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance
• Working from our Groningen office
