About the Role
As Partnership Manager at Klippa you are responsible for creating and executing a partnership strategy, with the aim of creating new business channels for Klippa. In this role you will work on finding potential partners, contacting them, negotiating and closing deals. Once the partners have been signed, you coordinate joint marketing & sales activities to generate leads.
You will mainly focus on (platform) software companies, implementation partners and consultancy companies from all over the world. Think of software companies such as UIPath and Automation Anywhere, but also consulting clubs such as Accenture and ‘The Big Four’.

Key Responsibilities
• Find new potential channel partners for our Klippa solutions.
• Onboarding and development of new and existing Klippa Channel partners.
•Close deals together with our channel partners and contribute to our growth ambitions.
Who are we looking for?
A driven and energetic channel sales person who thrives on freedom and responsibility. You are customer-oriented, service-oriented, and see targets as challenges to overcome. You enjoy working with targets, are disciplined, and love the challenge of finding, onboarding, developing and making Klippa channel partners successful. You are self-critical, always seeking ways to improve.
Requirements:
• Excellent English and German, both spoken and written
• You have several years of experience in sales or partnerships, preferably related to software (SaaS, APIs and SDKs) or with an international profile.
• A passion for working with targets and challenges.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to excel individually.
• Have experience with acquisition and deal sizes of between 10K and 50K.
• Having a network in the RPA, IDP, accounting, software, software consulting or software implementation sector (plus).

• A full-time (40 hours per week) position as a Channel Account Executive.
• OTE salary based on achieving targets between € 70.000 and € 110.000 per year..
• A 50/50 pension at Brand New Day.
•An end-of-year bonus if you and Klippa perform well.
• 25 vacation days per year (based on a full-time contract) and 8% vacation allowance.
•A personal development budget of 250 euros per year that can be freely spent.
• A phone, laptop and hybrid (flexible) workspace
• Work in our Groningen or Amsterdam office, or remote with weekly visits to our office.
• Regular fun activities, such as our monthly Klippa team events.
