Klippa is an ambitious software scale-up that is now 5 years old. From our offices in Amsterdam and Groningen we work with approximately 40 specialists, including 20 developers, on building and selling advanced SAAS solutions in 20 different countries worldwide. Our domain is the fintech and accounting market, which we serve with our off-the-shelf products (platform, web, app) as well as API-based solutions for automating administrative tasks. With these techniques we help organizations in SMEs, financial institutions and governments to digitize their current, analog processes. As a result, we achieve major time and cost savings for and with our customers. Our playing field is a very fast growing market with enormous opportunities worldwide.
Who are we looking for?
Klippa is looking for a Partnership Manager f! We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales person, that loves building long term relationships and likes to operate on an international level. Because Klippa is active in 20 countries, you need to be fluent in English and fluently speaking other additional languages are a plus. You can choose work out of our Groningen or Amsterdam office (Adam Toren).
In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing a partnership strategy. This means finding potential partners, reaching out to them, negotiating and closing deals meanwhile coordinating joint marketing efforts. This will mostly be with software and consultancy companies from all over the world, but if you see other opportunities, we are happy to explore. Think and act like an entrepreneur. Your strategy should result in a new revenue stream for Klippa.
This will be a new function within Klippa, so you will have to start from 0. That means a lot of freedom, but also a lot of responsibility and challenges. You are the type of person that is motivated by this complexity and challenge. You have discipline and you are determined to succeed.
You will be part of the Klippa sales team, that consist of 8 team members. You will work together with a 4 person marketing team and you will report directly to the CEO. You have to be a hunter, someone that loves to find new partners and close partnership contracts. Good negotiation skills are therefore required. After adding partners to our network, you enjoy working with them to build long term relationships. You are used to working with targets and you enjoy leveraging the network you created to find and close new business via the clients of partners. You will need multiple years sales experience and you preferably have experience with software (SaaS, APIs and SKDs) or have previously worked in a partnership management role.
