Klippa is an ambitious software scale-up that is now 5 years old. From our offices in Amsterdam and Groningen we work with approximately 40 specialists, including 20 developers, on building and selling technologically advanced SAAS solutions. Our domain is the fintech and accounting market, which we serve with our off-the-shelf products (platform, web, app) as well as API-based solutions for expense and invoice processing, machine learning and data extraction (OCR). With these techniques we help SMEs, enterprises and governments to digitize their current, analog processes. As a result, we achieve major time and cost savings for and with our customers. Our playing field is worldwide a very fast growing market with enormous opportunities.
Your goal is to connect new customers to Klippa on an international and enterprise level in order to contribute to Klippa’s turbulent growth. You have a track record of always exceeding your sales targets. To you, “no” is just a delayed “yes”, and a day without a deal is a day to be improved. You will be part of the Klippa sales team, consisting of 8 salespeople, and report directly to the one of the founders of Klippa.
What will you do?
You will set up plans to ensure that we crush our goals and meet our sales targets. You are an expert in your field, well organized and plan ahead so there are no unpleasant surprises. Experience in Software, and preferably even a SaaS environment, is a big plus. Although you are excellent at keeping yourself going and working autonomously, you are a true team-player. You can get along with any blood group within Klippa.
You can negotiate with customers at any level and flawlessly execute sales and marketing plans. You constantly seek out and win new customers for Klippa and are also very adept at growing existing customers when you see the opportunity.
You are responsible for forecasting and know how to turn market data into insights. You are extremely thorough in preparing for meetings with clients. Even though you hate it; you keep your records in our CRM system because you know that this information will move you and the company forward in the long run. You are curious and always looking to learn from others.
